 Booking & Payment Terms

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required to book the villas unless there is a gap available in the calendar.

• 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking (unless dates can be resold )

• The remaining balance is payable via bank transfer before arrival or by cash/credit card upon arrival (credit card facilities are available at the villa).

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to The Shaka Collection.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the canceled dates are successfully resold/booked . If rebooked, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the new booking confirmation and payment. 

• To change reservation dates, a minimum of 21 days' notice is required and is subject to availability. Rate adjustments may apply based on the new dates selected.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

• Late check-outs: Must be pre-arranged with management.

• Charged at $25 per hour after 10:00 AM.

• Late check out are not guaranteed as new arrivals are expected from 2:00 PM.

• Early check-ins and late arrivals beyond 8:00 PM must be pre-arranged with management.

Occupancy Limits

• Shaka Bay: Maximum of 4 guests.

• Shaka House: Maximum of 6 guests.

• Shaka Villa: Maximum of 12 guests

 Guest Identification

• All guests are required to present a valid identity document or passport upon arrival.

Liability & Indemnity

• Guests and visitors attend Shaka Villa at their own risk.

• The proprietor, its agents, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage of any nature.

• The guests waive and abandon any claims against the proprietor, whether arising from negligence or otherwise.

• Guests further indemnify the proprietor against any claims arising from their stay, regardless of fault.

Communication & Marketing

• We may contact you via email regarding your stay and for marketing purposes, including promotions and special offers.

• By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
